PIM 48: Career Couples Employment Resources

Category: Talent Acquisition and Compliance

General

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is committed to the recruitment and retention of highly qualified and productive faculty, administrators and other professional staff members. We recognize that career decisions and productivity are influenced by family considerations. The Dual Career Couples Employment Resources has been jointly developed by the Office of the Provost, the University Career Center and the Department of Human Resources to address some of the special employment needs and concerns of dual-career couples.

The University has developed a set of resources for the spouse or domestic partner of a relocating UNC Charlotte employee with efforts to find employment within the University and/or within the surrounding communities. Career Couples Employment Resource does not function as a placement or employment agency and cannot guarantee employment.
