Nominations Sought for 2025 Student Employee of the Year

The Student Employment Office is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Student Employee of the Year Award. This award exists to recognize excellent UNC Charlotte student employees who go above and beyond their job description.

To be eligible, nominees must be undergraduate students employed in any capacity as student employees, be currently attending UNC Charlotte and have worked at least two full consecutive semesters in the same office or department, not including the spring 2025 semester.

All nominations must be emailed to Teresa Shook, human resources student employment specialist, at tshook4@charlotte.edu by noon on Friday, March 14. Only fully completed nomination forms and nomination essays submitted by the deadline and meet the outlined eligibility and criteria will be accepted.
