Learn more about ePAF’s transition to NinerWorks
Beginning Monday, Oct. 16, additional ePAF request types will move to NinerWorks. NinerWorks is a custom software solution replacing the current Banner ePAF system.
Banner ePAF types available in NinerWorks include:
- Assistantships (Graduate Student)
- EHRA Temporary – Continuing Education
- EHRA Temporary – Part-time Faculty
- Federal Work Study Assignments
- Non-Student Temp (Hourly)
- Non-Student Temp (Salaried)
- Student Assignments
NinerWorks can be accessed on my.charlotte.edu in the Employment and Benefits section.
Help and Support
NinerWorks training has been updated to include additional guidance for submitting Student, Federal Work Study and Part-Time faculty assignments. Access on-demand NinerWorks training in the Learning and Development Portal.
Open swim sessions are available for those submitting Part-Time Faculty assignments:
- Monday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. Access the NinerWorks session via Zoom Link.
- Tuesday, Oct. 17, at 10 a.m. Access the NinerWorks session via Zoom Link.
Open swim sessions are available for Student Temporary Wage and Federal Work Study (FWS) assignments:
- Thursday, Oct.19, 11 a.m. Access the NinerWorks session via Zoom Link.
- Thursday, Oct. 31, 3 p.m. Access the NinerWorks session via Zoom Link.
