The Employee Relations Office provides comprehensive services for both employees and managers/supervisors as regards the following policies and programs: affirmative action, discipline, diversity, employee assistance (EAP), equal employment opportunity, grievance, performance management, unemployment insurance, employee ADA accommodations, sexual misconduct and interpersonal violence. Office staff provides counseling assistance to employees with complaints, concerns, grievances, or other workplace issues while providing consultative advice/assistance to managers/supervisors with the development/issuance of appropriate communications as regards performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions.
