Renewal of Current Telework Agreements Postponed until October 2025
To enhance efficiency and to support the launch of a new telework system, Human Resources is postponing the renewal of current telework agreements until October 2025. This will help avoid requiring employees with active agreements ending on Aug. 31, 2025, from renewing their agreements twice in a short period. Detailed information regarding the renewal process will be sent in early October.
What You Need to Know
- Automatic Extension: All active telework agreements ending Aug. 31, 2025, will be automatically extended to Oct. 31, 2025.
- Medical Agreements: This extension does not apply to telework agreements approved for medical reasons. These will remain valid only for their originally approved dates.
- No Active Agreement or Need to Make Changes to Your Active Agreement?
- Employees without an active agreement must:
- Complete the current Telework/Remote Work Request Agreement Form.
- Set the end date to on or before Oct. 31, 2025.
- Ensure all required telework training is completed prior to commencing telework.
