Career by Design program HR Power Hour
The next HR Power Hour will take place from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 8. Paola Rubio, learning and organizational development specialist, will provide an overview of the Career by Design Program, including its purpose, structure and how it helps staff build self awareness, understand the career ecosystem, align goals with organizational priorities and turn insights into an actionable development plan.
