Registration is open for the March 2026 Unleash Your Niner Potential workshops, a professional development series designed and led by UNC Charlotte’s human resources learning and organizational development team. This month’s sessions focus on mentorship, teamwork and public speaking—three essential skills for thriving in today’s workplace.

All workshops take place in Colvard Building, Room 5092. Register through the learning and development portal.

Explore what it means to be an effective team member—when to lead, when to support and how to communicate with clarity and respect. This session draws on insights from The Ideal Team Player and includes practical tools for collaboration, including shared drives and Google Docs.
