Elimination of Pd-7 Form for Faculty Actions
Academic affairs human resources is streamlining position management processes. Starting Thursday, January 1, 2026, the PD-7 form will no longer be required for faculty actions listed in the table above.
Why is the PD-7 form being eliminated?
These updates are part of the transition to the NinerTalent system, which now fully supports faculty position modifications and updates.
Since this is a significant change to current processes, academic affairs human resources will continue to accept the PD-7 form through Friday January 30, 2026. After this date, all relevant actions must be completed directly in NinerTalent.
