Be an Effective (and Awesome) Team Member, part of the virtual 2024 Webinar Series for Charlotte Employees, is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, from 12 to 1 p.m.
Be an Effective (and Awesome) Team Member is designed to highlight the key characteristics of exemplary team members and by making subtle changes, participants can adopt these behaviors to become a more valuable collaborator. Participants will explore tips that can help them increase their self-awareness, demonstrate that they’re a reliable teammate and approach teamwork more collaboratively.
In addition, participants will learn to:
- Address the value of collaboration to organizations
- Outline the conditions that must exist for teams to work collaboratively
- Examine tactics to encourage high-trust relationships with colleagues
