Director of Staff Position & Performance Management
Tiffani is the director of staff position and performance management and has a wealth of institutional knowledge both from a business affairs perspective as a previous HR consultant and from an academic affairs perspective as assistant personnel director/faculty personnel manager.
Tiffani joined UNC Charlotte in January 2017 as an HR consultant.
Tiffani holds a PHR and is working towards her CCP. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in economics in 2007. McCain first joined UNC Charlotte in 2017 as a compensation consultant, in 2020 she transitioned to assistant personnel director for academic affairs, and in June 2023 transitioned to the director of staff position and performance management. She has experience in classification/compensation during her time at IBM and George Washington University.
