Rosa Reyes

Rosa is an Engagement and Retention Specialist, she manages and enhances HR programs, including employee onboarding, employee wellness, and engagement initiatives. She also conducts feedback sessions, focus groups and analyzes trends to identify actionable improvements.

Rosa also ensures the seamless integration of new hires into the organization by coordinating resources, facilitating check-ins, and gathering actionable feedback. Rosa is committed to excellence and continuous growth and aligns HR initiatives with the university’s strategic goals.

Rosa joined UNC Charlotte in November 2022 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology and has over 10 years of HR experience across corporate and hospitality sectors. 

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys exploring new recipes, coffee shops, spending time with family, and staying active through outdoor activities. She is passionate about personal growth and enjoys learning new skills, through workshops or reading.
