Professional Administrators Certification

The Professional Administrators Certification (PAC) program is for employees who provide administrative support. The program provides participants with a strong understanding of UNC Charlotte’s policies and procedures to strengthen the depth and quality of administrative support staff. PAC also provides participants with the opportunity to complete the ASPIRE program, develop leadership behaviors and apply personal strategic planning. Participants will be supported throughout the process including opportunities for guidance from the program manager and collaboration with other participants. All participants grouped in a cohort will be encouraged to stay on track in order to complete the program within the one-year time frame.

requirements

The PAC program is a cohort-style certificate program and participants will have one-year from the cohort start date to complete all requirements. Participants will be assigned the PAC curriculum in the Learning and Development Portal where they will register for instructor-led courses and complete assigned online (on-demand-self-paced) courses as a part of program requirements.

Enroll in an upcoming cohort

Employees can enroll in an upcoming PAC Certificate Program cohort by attending an Introduction to PAC information session. Specific curriculum details will be provided during this session. We encourage participants to include their manager or supervisor in their decision to enroll in the certificate program to bolster their support.
