Evdoxia “Dosha” Dacus

Dosha Dacus serves as the director of Employee Relations (ER) and oversees related policies, procedures and programs of the University and ER Team. This includes managing and improving programs to promote healthy relationships between employees and the University, effectively and fairly addressing workplace challenges, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Dosha is a subject matter expert in ER with decades of knowledge and leadership within the public and private sectors including, but not limited to, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Compass Group USA and London Stock Exchange Group – where she primarily led global ER programs in the US, Canada and Mexico.

Dosha earned her Associates of Arts degree from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

For self-care, Dosha is a foodie and enjoys dining with close friends and family. She also enjoys watching and attending basketball sporting events, watching documentaries, reading autobiographies and keeping up with the latest trends in fashion and interior design.
