Marina is a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits Consultant for UNC Charlotte and is responsible for Leave of Abensence (Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Voluntary Shared Leave (VSL), Community Service Leave (CSL), and Paid Parental Leave (PPL).
Marina joined UNC Charlotte in April 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pheonix, CEBS, International Foundation of Employee Benefits and Wharton, UCI, and Certificate in HR Management.
Marina loves traveling with her family, running and reading; her favorite place is between the pages of a book.
