Heather Benson

Heather Benson is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with the Human Resources department. She is committed to assisting all Divisions, Departments, and Units across campus to help them with their recruitment needs for EHRA and SHRA-designated positions.

Heather joined the university in July 2017 but has worked in Human Resources in Higher Education for eight years. Before working in Human Resources, Heather was in Customer Service at a Veterinary School. She attended Texas A&M University and have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Development.

Heather’s favorite part of what she does is being able to help others. She always says,” I work in Human Resources, but Customer Service is what I do.”
