Felicia Thompkins

Felicia is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment, screening and selection of SHRA employees. She completes job postings, coaches hiring managers, assists with the development of appropriate interview questions, initiates criminal background checks, hiring proposals, develops and maintains productive and collaborative work relationships with managers and fellow co-workers. 

Felicia joined the UNC Charlotte HR department in September 2021. 

Felicia received a bachelor’s degree in social work from Alabama State University. 

Felicia enjoys traveling internationally, her favorite places are Rome, London, Paris, and Bermuda.
