LEAD Manager’s Toolkit

A public university is a unique environment and being a front-line leader requires a thorough understanding of the university’s environment and protocols. The LEAD Manager’s Toolkit is structured to introduce managers to policies and procedures from each stage of the employee life cycle.

Requirements

This curriculum is required training for supervisors of SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees at UNC Charlotte. All newly hired/appointed supervisors are required to complete this assignment within 90 days of their start date. The assignment can be accessed in the Learning and Development Portal. The curriculum is entirely online and asynchronous and takes about 8-10 hours to complete fully.
