Cherifa is a Performance Management Consultant. She is responsible for the full cycle performance management process for SHRA and EHRA-NF. She provides consultative services on the EHRA and SHRA performance policies and handles the day to day operations and action requests regarding performance management.
Cherifa joined UNC Charlotte in November of 2022.
Cherifa holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from N.Y.I.T. She has over nine years of experience in the employment related field, mainly in the Nonprofit sector. Five of those years in Career Coaching and the remaining in Human Resources. "I'm motivated to help people find purpose and fulfillment in their careers".
Cherifa is originally from New York. She and her husband have two children. Cherifa is a "foodie" who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
