Catherine (Cat) Denis

Cat is a senior human resources generalist and a lead for day-to-day functions of Facilities Management Human Resources (FMHR). She serves as the first line of contact for employee relations, performance management, employee leave (FMLA and ADA), and is a backup Kronos Timekeeper. In addition, she provides support as needed in the areas of recruitment and position management.

Cat joined UNC Charlotte in June 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.

Cat loves traveling, going to the movies, concerts, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
