Cat is a senior human resources generalist in the Employee Engagement and Retention unit. Her role focuses on improving HR processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing enhancements and managing projects to align with best practices and organizational goals. She also develops and tracks key metrics, oversees the exit interview program to bolster retention efforts, is responsible for the department’s process documentation and serves as a performance management consultant for EHRA Non-Faculty and SHRA positions. Additionally, Cat drives various engagement and culture initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.

Cat joined UNC Charlotte in June 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a M.Ed. in curriculum, instruction and assessment. Cat has been working in the human resources industry since 2017.

Cat loves traveling, going to the movies, concerts, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
