ASPIRE
ASPIRE is a no-cost certificate program for employees who want to set goals and put a plan into action for professional development through the intentional use of personal strategic planning. ASPIRE is a blended learning curriculum, meaning there are three components: independent online learning, reflection activities for personal strategic planning and group learning sessions (delivered virtually or in person). The group learning sessions are held on three consecutive Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with periodic breaks. Course topics include professional development options, personal motivation and goal-setting, personal strategic planning and developing leadership behaviors in the workplace.
Requirements
This program totals 10.5 hours of classroom time across multiple days and a total of 2.5 hours of pre-work before you arrive at each session. Attending and completing all sessions is required to receive full credit for ASPIRE. If more than one day of ASPIRE is missed, participants will need to attend the day of the session that was missed at a later cohort. Participants that complete all ASPIRE classroom and online requirements will be awarded an ASPIRE transcript credit, digital and physical badge, and certificate of achievement.
