Alessandra serves as the program manager for the First Day with FM Orientation program. She also assists in all other learning and development programs, employee recognition and provides safety and compliance coordination in Facilities Management.
Alessandra joined UNC Charlotte in October 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary and Special Education and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Learning, Design and Technology with a concentration in Training and Development.
Alessandra loves to travel and learn about different cultures. She also enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time with her loved ones and pets.
