Cherifa Ouedraogo

Cherifa is a dedicated Performance Management and Career Development Consultant. She oversees the entire performance management process for SHRA and EHRA-NF, offering strategic guidance on career mapping and development for both leaders and employees. Cherifa provides consultative services on EHRA and SHRA performance policies and efficiently manages daily operations and action requests related to performance management.

Cherifa joined UNC Charlotte in November of 2022.

Cherifa holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from N.Y.I.T. and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. She has over nine years of experience in the employment-related field, mainly in the Nonprofit sector. Five of those years in Career Coaching and the remaining in Human Resources. “I’m motivated to help people find purpose and fulfillment in their careers”.

Cherifa, a native New Yorker, enjoys traveling, trying diverse cuisines, and spending quality time with her family.
