Hannah Miles

Hannah provides leadership in learning and development at UNC Charlotte. As an instructional designer, she creates engaging asynchronous
e-learning courses for employees. She also develops and facilitates leadership training programs, aligning them with the University’s commitment to developing caring and competent leaders. Hannah serves as the project manager for HR Power Hour, a webinar series that enhances communication between HR leadership and Charlotte employees.

Hannah joined UNC Charlotte in January 2022 and holds an Ed.D. in Educational Practice & Innovation: Learning Design & Technologies from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys running, attending spin classes, lifting weights and practicing yoga. She also serves as an adjunct professor in UNC Charlotte’s Learning, Design, and Technology graduate programs.
