Kel is a senior talent acquisition consultant. She is responsible for assisting departments with their recruitment needs and works with both SHRA and EHRA Non- Faculty positions.
Kel joined UNC Charlotte in 2018. She has an associate’s degree from New York as well as over twenty years of human resource experience working in the corporate, medical and education sectors.
