Krissy Kaylor

Krissy is responsible for benefits administration, provides leadership and supervision of benefits team, consultations and communication of benefits information to the University community, and performs other related duties.

Krissy has served as the benefits director at the University since 2015. She is a UNC Charlotte Alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources and is Certified Public Manager, CPM. Came to UNC Charlotte from Clemson University’s Human Resources Department.

Enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting parks and the beach, and doing crafts.
