World Mental Health Day, Tuesday, Oct. 10, serves as a reminder about how our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. We’re committed to raising mental health awareness to underscore the importance of looking after the mind, to encourage everyone to reach out to a friend or loved one who is going through something and to foster an environment where people feel safe talking about their struggles. When we feel able to talk about it, we reduce stigma; when we reduce stigma, we move toward a society that values kindness, understanding, and compassion.
