LEAD

LEAD is an umbrella of leadership training opportunities offered at Charlotte. These include required and voluntary courses and are structured to provide both information and peer interaction to the campus. LEAD Symposium

Human Resources’ Second Annual LEAD Symposium will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, in the Cone University Center. This year’s theme, Navigating Change with Purpose and Vision, invites leaders to approach change with confidence, clarity and boldness. Award‑winning, research‑driven presenters will share insights designed to spark new ideas, strengthen your impact and inspire you to lead with purpose. Attendees will explore how to view change as an opportunity, support team well‑being and elevate their leadership across campus.
