Kieffer M. Gaddis

Kieffer serves as the senior director of human resources with responsibility for all position management and compensation matters associated with EHRA and SHRA staff. He provides counsel to management on salary implementation options, advises employees on issues regarding job design and facilitates position analysis to appropriately classify positions consistent with the established classification and pay plan. Kieffer also advises managers on using career banding to promote career development opportunities.

Kieffer joined UNC Charlotte in January 1998. Kieffer holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from UNC Chapel Hill.
