Sophia Olson

Sophia Olson is a learning and development coordinator. In this role she is responsible for leading the Facilities Management New Employee Orientation, processes and tracks conference and training requests, works on resource development projects and helps with employee's first week onboarding plans.

Prior to joining UNC Charlotte in spring 2022, Olson taught first grade and K-5 art. She received a bachelor’s degree in Jewish studies and studio art from Oberlin College and is currently working on a MFA in illustration at SCAD.
