HR Systems

The Records Management Office provides administrative management and maintenance of all data integrity associated with the Human Resources-Payroll database (Banner HR), as well as, all electronic and hard-copy payroll/personnel-related records (appointment forms, I-9 files, SHRA personnel records, etc.). Additionally, office staff coordinates all requests for reports generation from the various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) including: Banner HR; PMIS; and all other associated office systems.
