All forms related to creating SHRA positions, modifying SHRA positions for job duty changes only, modifying SHRA positions with a budget change (salary adjustment requests, FTE changes, or funding changes), performance work plans and performance evaluations are now electronic and managed through NinerTalent. The paper form known as the BREMP (Budget Request to Establish or Modify an SHRA Position) is no longer used for these actions, which are automated through this system. Paper forms for any of these processes were replaced by HRMS effective August 1, 2011.
