David Biela is an employee relations consultant who serves as the initial point of contact for employees/supervisors needing assistance with employee relations issues. He assists employees with complaints, grievances and other workplace issues, while also assisting supervisors with developing and issuing appropriate communications regarding performance expectations and feedback, including disciplinary actions. 

Biela has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, service and retail management.
