Austin is responsible for the benefit systems (file loads/error reports), deduction management, reconciliations, process improvement and benefits consulting.
Austin joined UNC Charlotte on Aug. 1, 2023. He is a UNC Charlotte Alumni with a bachelor's degree in history and finishing a master's degree in human resources at American Military University. Austin served eight years in the United States Army, with the last four years as a human resources officer and signal communications officer.
Austin has a one-and-a-half-year-old daughter he loves spending time with. He also enjoys anything to do with cars, working out, and being outdoors. Austin is always trying to stay busy and out of the house.
